CANCELLATION POLICY
in accordance with §§ 355 et seq. BGB | Status: May 2026

1. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract.

2. Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;
under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts (§ 312g Abs. 2 BGB):
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB, the right of cancellation expires for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. As Intimotions exclusively sells intimate care products, the following applies:

• The right of cancellation is excluded as soon as the protective seal of the goods has been removed or damaged.
• Opened or used hygiene products cannot be returned for reasons of health protection.
• In the case of damaged or missing original packaging, a cancellation is also excluded. Important note for customers: Please check the goods before opening the seal. As long as the seal is intact, you can cancel the goods without any problems.

4. Returns
Please send the goods in their original packaging and with an undamaged protective seal to the following address:

Please include your order number with the return. We recommend shipping as a package with tracking, as you as the buyer bear the risk of the return transport.
